What you need to get started:

Please purchase or gather these items for the Bootcamp.

  • A Digital Bathroom Scale.  I like the Health-o-meter scale.  It has a lithium battery.
  • A Measuring Tape.  This should be a seamstress, ribbon-style tape that is flexible.
  • A 5-subject wide lined notebook and a few pens you like fr writing.
  • A large wall calendar and a bright colored marker.
  • A 32oz sports bottle of your choice with a long straw.
